  Have had good service at this location before, but today the check in kiosk in the lobby was completely broken and malfunctioning. Wasted over 15 minutes just trying to check in before it would even tell me how long the wait would be.

  I’ve been here 3 times in the last month, twice with an appointment. With an appointment I’ve only had to wait 5-15 min. As a walk in, I had to wait 40. Both women who work here are so friendly and professional and working as efficiently as they can. Not sure why there’s so many low reviews.
