- SCSean CDec 28, 20251.0Kind of an odd experience. I have advanced metastatic cancer and received my first shingles vaccine from safeway. I was just denied by the pharmacist working today (28 December 2025) because I was under 50. She said she was sorry but still denied my care. My body is riddled with cancer and I have two toddlers at home so there isnt much time to get these shots when I need them. I dont really understand why my care was denied.
