I enjoy coming to the Club Pilates in Reston (on John Milton) and have since I joined Club Pilates about 2 years ago when I lived in Herndon. The studio is not too big and not too small. The staff is amazing and so very accommodating. I recently moved to Leesburg but I still choose to go to the Reston studio. It feels like home.

I started pilates at the Reston location at the end of August 2025. I LOVE working out on the reformer. I recently moved up from 1.0 classes to 1.5 classes. I’ve only had two 1.5 classes and find them to give me more of a challenge than 1.0 classes. I was definitely ready for 1.5 classes. I may be at this level for a while. The teachers at Reston are excellent and well qualified to teach pilates. I’m even considering of ending my gym membership because pilates suits me better. At a gym, unless you pay extra to have a one-on-one session with a personal trainer, you are on your own while working out exposing yourself to possible injury. I’ve been a member of many gyms over my adult life and have never had an injury. Pilates removes the risk of injury pretty much completely. I have the 8 classes a month but would like to join the unlimited membership at some point. I would recommend pilates to anyone who wants a full body workout. There are cardio classes also. I continue to hike in good weather. With hiking and pilates, I’m staying in shape. Reston is a great location for me since I live nearby.

I started Pilates at CP in Reston last June and absolutely love this studio! There is a good variety of teachers and teaching styles,
and each class feels a little different so you don’t get bored doing the same things all the time. Even with a busy work schedule I can always get a class in as their schedule offers classes late in the day and early morning throughout the week. I’ve never been a big exercise person but can’t imagine my life now without Pilates!

LOVE Club Pilates Reston! I’ve been going for almost two years- huge fan- try to do 5 classes a week. It’s been instrumental in my flexibility and leg strength to help with ‘old’ knees. Instructors are great- highly recommend this studio!

Club Pilates has been an amazing addition to my movement routine! I always take Bradley's class! SHOUTOUT TO BRAD, he is so great and always enjoy his class. I think it takes great talent and expertise to teach a Pilates class earlyyyy in the morning. Brad is always pleasant, super easy to talk to if i have struggles or challenges with any movement and he is a great instructor for beginners!
