She answers all of our questions without hesitation. A true 5-star doctor! The reason our review is only getting 4 stars is because of our last visit with Dr. Marakos. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She judged us for our questions. We are first time parents and appreciate anyone who takes the time to explain things to us as this is all new to us. Dr. Marakos doesn’t even deserve 1-star. I feel sorry for anyone who’s children are seen by this physician. Her behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Update: I will be looking forward to speaking with the company once they reach out. Update 2: I am still yet to hear from this company to speak on my experience. That right there tells you how much they truly care about their customers and families they take care of.
