She walked us through multiple exercises and what the different classes would look like, while also pushing us to get a full workout in our short time together. I already signed up for the membership and set up my next class with her. This has been a game changer for my lifestyle.

The instructors are always so friendly and supportive. The workouts themselves are also wonderful. There’s a great variety of different types of workouts so you can find something that will meet your needs!

Being anxious and exited to start this form of classes I have twice messed up my dates for classes. 🤯 Each time the ladies at the front never make me feel silly and they welcome me to join the classes with my credits. This level of professionalism I appreciate! You do always belong when you pay for something but it’s great to feel comfortable as well! Thank you! For the classes themselves: I lost a lot of my strength recovering from an accident that pretty much put my body out of whack. I am not at the level of the women there but I’m in a competition with my own body. So far I’m happy sweating and challenging myself! Thanks again!
