  Really rude cashier at the pharmacy. I also had questions about the medication, and she was very dismissive. The bathroom was a real mess too.

  front service desk . very rude. a busy Saturday! front desk just chatting . i asked for help. they do not allow checkout of 2 items when lines in store were very long. Never had another Kroger refuse to help. only 2 cashiers long lines with full baskets. busy selfcheck.also. seniors receive no help. very sad.

  I recently visited the Kroger Pharmacy to inquire about getting a COVID vaccine. When I approached the counter, there were two technicians working at their computers. Although they both saw me, they continued working without any clear acknowledgment beyond one of them saying a quick “hi” before returning to her task. I waited patiently, expecting that someone would at least say something like, “I’ll be with you shortly,” but that never happened. I continued to wait, feeling increasingly uncomfortable and ignored. Eventually, I decided to walk away. It was only at that point (after I was already leaving!) that the technician who initially said hello asked, “What can I help you with today?” By then, I was already frustrated and just said “nothing.” I understand that pharmacy staff are often very busy and have important work to do. However, a simple acknowledgment or letting me know there would be a short wait would have made a big difference. This lack of basic communication felt dismissive and left me with a poor impression of the customer service at this location. I’m sharing this feedback not to complain, but in the hope that it can help improve future interactions with customers. A small change in approach (such as greeting customers and providing a brief status update) can go a long way in creating a more respectful and professional environment. I hope someone in management sees this review. Thank you!

  The pharmacists are consistently unfriendly here. They meet the basic needs of filling the prescription but with no warmth or hint of pleasantries. The pharmacist literally walked away from me as I was asking a question about vets having a DEA number vs an NPI number with regard to using a discount card. This is a new medicine for me - it's for my pet actually. I wasn't asked if I had any questions, she briefly stated that I needed to discard it 28 days from date of puncturing seal as I was being checked out by a tech. The tech is the only reason I gave 2 stars because she was nice and friendly. I rarely use the Kroger pharmacy but it was convenient this evening. I will be transferring the prescription to another pharmacy moving forward.
