  Why did I use them enough to even realize how terrible they are. Closed all the time at the wrong times. They have a drive thru thats closed full time. Should have known when the entire store is ran terribly. Now the people in the pharmacy always super nice but the service absolutely sucks will never use them again. People have to understand when you open a pharmacy people's lives might be dependent on getting that medicine in your closed with inconvenience letters everywhere all the time?

  OMG the drive thru is a complete joke. Should only be for drop off and pick up only. We should not have to wait for 30 minutes for someone to fill a prescription. Plus need to fix the credit card machine on the outside of the building so that way when you have to give them your card you will get it back. So had to wait 30 mins to get my daughter's meds and still had to go inside to get my card back.

  I had one refill left on my son's antibiotics for his acne. I called it in and the woman said it was to early to be filled. I questioned why that would be and after telling me several times that I would have to wait until April 4th( now 3/17/2020) I explained that the county was going on lock down and I wouldn't be able to get it on the 4th, or probably anything for that matter on April 4th. She said that I was trying to commit insurance fraud and when I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold and never came dack..I called from other phone lines while waiting on hold and got her ,Alex to answer another line.I told her that I had access to 22 separate lines and I would use them all to call right then to speak with a manager, she decided to put her on the phone at this poit,mind you the original call is still on hold.That manager refused to give me the name of the associate and was equally complacent in customer service. I offered to call the doctor or for them to call the doctor, as most pharmacists do, to get an upgraded script and that went over like a broken egg...my sons doctor calmed me down and said that a few of her patients have complained about that pharmacy, she offered to call in a supplemental script which is all I wanted the pharmacist to call about. I agreed but asked her to send the script to Walgreens. After I pick up my prescription today from Kroger, I will not be returning to the store at all...this pharmacy fill script with their bare hands and have no pride in their work or customer service skills..I waited on hold from the original call for 45 min. No one came back to that line.when I originally picked up this script they said they couldn't find it but that they know they have it.after 20 min the pharmacist came out and showed the counter girl where to find it..just a large circus back there..dont get your meds here it will drive you insane.

  Employees are not helpful. Prescriptions are never ready when I'm told they will be. Clearly this pharmacy is not being run properly
