- BPBrian Perez PalmaMar 24, 20261.05 minutes after dropping my frames off I get a call that they broke it, came back and was told various pricing all which were incorrect by various representatives, after wasting a total of 1:30hrs I cancelled my glasses. The ladies were all polite and nice but it’s clear they do not communicate between staff. First time I was told I would get a discount, but discount was far different then what I was told, then I was told a firm price and when I reluctantly agreed, they said it was a mistake and could not get it done. It made me feel like they just wanted me to throw more money at them. Extremely frustrating and a waste of time (and broken frames).

They agreed to with a smile I’ve never had any problems with anyone. They’re very courteous and they get to know you, which is really nice. Really good customer service. The manager is amazing. She’s awesome. If you have any problem with the glasses, they’re there to help you to get it straight so I just want to say that I might and these ladies that work there are truly wonderful people and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with all of them, but I’ve been going there for quite a few years Great customer service and that is Eyemart on Broad Street. Thank you Eyemart. Thank you for your wonderful service that you give to customers especially me. Thank you.!!🙋🏻♀️😁💕
