I get it’s a busy time, but I patiently waited over 2 hours to get my glasses, then the system couldn’t make my insurance work, so I couldn’t get it that day, finally come back for pickup and I have to wait another 2 hours while they help other customers. Terrible customer service. When I was in there waiting for hours they helped the customers for pickup before me. Just wrong.

The lenses are really low quality, covered in scratches even though they have the scratch resistant coating. I went here because it's supposed to be quick turn around, but I waited 2 weeks, and the lenses aren't nearly as good as the last pair I purchased somewhere else. $300 for lenses that are so easily scratched is ridiculous. I'll go somewhere else next time and get actual Transitions lenses. 2 stars because the eye exam was good
