    I stopped therapy in 2024 and just received a large bill in January 2026. They have no history of me making payments tho I have the documentation from my hsa. I have talked with one person who does not offer any help she wants me to find all of the answers. She is asking I find which therapy appointments went with which of my payments I have documentation of.. how am I supposed to figure that one out. There is no accountability that they did not track things correctly when they switched over to a new system. I have left voicemails with billing and receive no return call. It’s getting ridiculous. I have no problem paying what I owe but I will not pay when it’s not accurate and no one seems to want to figure it out. I have called and emailed multiple times and am still left with no one helping. I just get passed around.

    My counselor was incredible but, as many have said, the billing experience has been awful. In 2024, I had several appointments. All of my insurance claims came back as not being covered which is incorrect. Apparently there was something going on with my insurancs where their database hadnt been updated and many patients were experiencing this. We received letters saying that it would be resolved and we didn't need to take action. 2025 visits and claims appeared to be processing normally. I reached out in February by phone just to get information on how much I owed for my 2024 appointments. I was assured that a ticket would be opened but they could give me no confirmation on how much the visits should be or what I owed. I reached out again via portal in May and was once again told a ticket would be opened. I reached out again in September asking for this to be resolved by November first. Once again, "will forward to manager" and once again, nothing. At this point, this is just absurd. I ceased being an active patient almost six months ago. I received a "goodbye" letter but there seemed to be nothing on my profile indicating that I owed money or, by that point, I had two tickets opened for me. Now, I have three. I checked with my insurance and there has been no indication of these claims being resubmitted at all in the past year. I am literally just trying to pay them money. It has been over a year since I had these appointments. I would love to wipe my hands of it and say, "oh well. Their loss." But unfortunately, we live in a world where unpaid bills can bite us later. So, once again, I am asking: tell me what I owe you so I can move on from your organization. You seem to respond to Google reviews with a bit more detail than you do to your patients asking through our billing portal where all I have gotten is, "Will forward to manager" or "a ticket has been opened."

    I call it like it is and I tell the truth the billing is absolutely one of the worst billing experiences I have ever encountered. It is offshore. You can’t find a manager. It’s like I simply want to E Mail, so I can converse and talk within the proper respectful channels, my issue and I can’t get no help. I wanna avoid going to the state and making a state complaint so this is my last attempt You must if you are new client you must work with a person who you like our daughter has finally achieved that however, you shouldn’t be made to pay for subpar service. Can someone contact me please if there is someone So far, I submitted a letter to their office and I haven’t received a phone call. It’s like they don’t give a ……

    Excellent customer service with front desk/billing people. Christina Flemmons answers emails QUICKLY, and knows how to answer questions. This is so much better than what one typically encounters with doctor offices.....

    Had some issues with the billing department, but the owner was quick to contact me and provide a mutually beneficial resolution. I feel that overall, my visits were very beneficial but eventually things became a bit stagnant. However, we all have bad days and I do not blame this company for that at all. I am very pleased at the ultimate resolution and willingness of the owner to work with me in making me happy- she seemed to care very much about her business and patients. Highly recommended +++
