- JPJessica PJun 8, 20231.0The worst. I was prescribed by a doctor at Patient First and needed a refill, which meant the pharmacy needed to contact PF to get the script. The smug clerk refused to listen and try to understand and got the pharmacist who confirmed that they wouldn't do that. So I'm now at Wegmans and the compassionate employees at this pharmacy are doing the work to get it done. Sure it's not typically how things work, but that's how Patient First operates and I just need an inhaler. This shouldn't be this difficult, but I'm just grateful once again for Wegmans.
