  Great experience. Would highly recommend. Make an appointment and you will be in and out in 10-15 minutes. It was so easy and stress free. 180 degree difference from when I went to their competitor in Newport News.

  I had an excellent experience. I believe this is the only free standing lab facility on the Middle Peninsula that takes my insurance (Anthem). Getting registered was easy - they have a kiosk in the lobby where you sign in using your ID and insurance card. The technician was a familiar face - they used to work in the hospital lab and they've drawn blood for myself and my kid (who's on the spectrum). The environment is cozy and the process was really quick. I didn't have to drive over the bridge or all the way to Essex for labs. I highly recommend this place.

  Excellent Customer Service. These folks know what is going on. I was in and out in under 15 mins with the new customer registration. WOW. Go here now or call them immediately.
