    Where to begin? My mother has been here at least nine or ten times for problems with her hearing aids..Still having problems with them and they arnt solving the problem.Phone calls are not returned and their solutions are simply not working..Of course, no mention of a refund..This is her quality of life and they need to make this right..Other people are giving good reviews but this is not the case for us..Please do the right thing and make this right.This has been going on far too long!!

    My husband had an appointment today with Mitch, our hearing instrument specialist, and I can honestly say he was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we met him, I could feel how sincere, kind, and genuinely passionate he is about his work. It’s rare to meet someone who not only knows their craft so well but also truly cares about the people they’re helping. Mitch took his time explaining everything to us in a way that was both fascinating and easy to understand. I learned so much about how hearing affects the brain, how hearing loss is linked to cognitive decline, and how the cochlea and those tiny hair cells work. It was honestly one of the most informative appointments I’ve ever attended. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband’s hearing test and demonstration were personalized just for him, and it was clear how much thought and effort Mitch puts into each person he helps. I sincerely hope and pray that, for the sake of my husband’s long-term health, he decides to return to Miracle Ear for his hearing needs because Mitch is truly exceptional. He’s knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and has a heart for what he does. I would recommend him to anyone looking for not just a hearing specialist, but someone who truly makes a difference in people’s lives. Thank you Mitch!

    It was an amazing experience. Mitch that gave me the hearing test explained the procedure and results in an amazing way. Very professional and kind. I have had several hearing test but Mitch was A++
