From the moment we met him, I could feel how sincere, kind, and genuinely passionate he is about his work. It’s rare to meet someone who not only knows their craft so well but also truly cares about the people they’re helping. Mitch took his time explaining everything to us in a way that was both fascinating and easy to understand. I learned so much about how hearing affects the brain, how hearing loss is linked to cognitive decline, and how the cochlea and those tiny hair cells work. It was honestly one of the most informative appointments I’ve ever attended. He went above and beyond to make sure my husband’s hearing test and demonstration were personalized just for him, and it was clear how much thought and effort Mitch puts into each person he helps. I sincerely hope and pray that, for the sake of my husband’s long-term health, he decides to return to Miracle Ear for his hearing needs because Mitch is truly exceptional.
