  I usually have a good experience with Martin’s Pharmacy in Harrisonburg. They have always seemed professional and friendly. But today, there was a woman standing at the counter texting on her phone and talking to the people behind the counter when the pharmacist called me forward to get my medication. I’m guessing the woman was a customer waiting for a prescription, not sure. She remained beside me about a foot away chatting with the pharmacist, who did not ask her to step away as I was asked my last name and date of birth and my medication was set on the counter. Not sure if this is normal or not, but I felt uncomfortable with the lack of privacy.

  If you're looking for a pharmacy that's the complete opposite of Kroger's, then this is the place for you! These people have been on point with timely service and staying on top of any problems that might come up. Also, when they say that your Rx is ready, it's actually ready!

  We have used Martin’s Pharmacy for years. We walk in and one’s who have been there for years know who we are. They have always been very helpful, friendly and have our scripts filled in a timely manner. We greatly appreciate all of their help over the years. Andy and Tina in particular have especially been wonderful to our family.
