- KWKelsey WismanDec 26, 20251.0I entered the store at the same time as another couple, the cashier asked if they needed help looking for anything, normal and great. They said no, that they were just browsing. The cashier continued to try to help them after they declined help, not appropriate. I went to the counter with the item I wanted and she asked for my phone number which I tried to decline but she kept insisting after I asked a few different ways if we could skip it. I finally gave my number and then she asked for my email. Again, I asked to bypass this step and she said that it was great for the customer, wasnt for marketing and was again insistent. At that point I left and did not buy anything. I will not return to this store and do not recommend to others.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. The store manager, Cassandra, showed me exactly what I needed and even helped me shop under my christmas budget :) She was very helpful, friendly, and a great part of the experience!

They raise the bar for any GNC business and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their vitamins and protein needs.

Every time I stop in there Cassandra and any other employee welcomes me and remembers me by my name which is very rare when shopping in company stores nowadays. This establishment is beyond any measurable rating. two thumbs up!
