I have updated all my information with the associate working and still never get notifications when meds are ready for pick up and they end up getting put back in stock . sometimes meds are filled early and i have no idea of that . my husband gets emails that his are ready for pick up and every time he goes to pick up there is no meds to pickup . very frustrating
- KHkaren hughesApr 17, 20191.0The set up of the drive through window is very awkward. I had surgery and my husband pulled in to the drive through to drop off a prescription. We couldn't see anyone in the pharmacy and they could not see that a car was at the bank-style post. We waited 5 minutes before we were acknowledged with "we will be with you in a moment." A pharmacy technician finally came into view with a sour look on her face. We used the box and the chute to send the prescription to her. She took it wordlessly and walked away. She returned a few minutes later and said she needed my ID. We sent it to her and she walked away. We used the intercom and heard "just a minute ". Click. We called again and both had to call out that I needed my ID back. She returned it without a word. It took us about 15 minutes just to drop off a prescription. The drive through has TERRIBLE customer service.
