  OneLife fitness was amazing. New equipment with a variety of machines for every muscle group. Charles was a great front attendent. Highly recommend

  One of my very favorite gyms! Always sparkling clean with friendly staff and loads of equipment options. The outdoor workout zone and cardio cinema are icing on the cake!

  The reason I selected Onelife over Planet fitness was the child care for my niece. Well this was proven to be very challenging. Was not made aware that there is limited space at times! Well most time I try to go it full and there is a waiting list. I have been told it’s for safety reasons. Another suggestion was to go to the NN gym. Well I was not told this at time of sign up or I might have not signed up! Going to NN not at all I live in Hampton and why I signed up to use this gym!! I’m super frustrated and disappointed. This takes away from what I’m trying to accomplish. There has to be another way !!

  The gym is clean, sanitary very spacious. The equipment is in good working order the stashes, professional and courteous and the personal training division is very professional very knowledgeable. Our personal trainer. Aidan is extremely competent and knowledgeable about body mind health and an all-around great trainer for fitness we really enjoy One Life.
