The woman who does the scheduling (it’s been the same lady for me each time I’ve called- I always forget to get her name!) is absolutely AMAZING. I have, unintentionally, inconvenienced the office. I would call full of anxiety and she would just be so sweet, extremely efficient (no confusion what’s so ever scheduling 4 of us) and understanding. I have worked and visited so many medical offices and I can tell you this lady is the nicest one I have encountered. The practice is so lucky to have such a nice person. Having the first voice you’re introduced to in Morrison Dental be such an amazing soul is reassuring of the experience to come.
I loved the dentists and dental assistants and planned to continue coming here. They are so sweet and helped calm me down because I have anxiety with dentist appointments. You can tell they care about their patients!
However, I have been reaching out to the front desk/billing to get a refund from an emergency appointment that I paid out of pocket for in August 2025 due to my insurance company not being open the morning I went in. I was told as soon as insurance paid for their portion, I would get a refund on my credit card.
Fast forward a couple months, the office is saying they are waiting for my insurance to pay and that the payment is currently "pending" before they can put the amount back on my credit card (insurance already paid for my appointment and sent proof of payment). Then, I followed up again in January, and they said actually, we are pending payment for my cleaning appointment in Nov 2025 (which insurance also told me they paid and sent me proof of payment). Finally, a few weeks ago, I get a response back, and they said they would look into it and get back to me. I have emailed them a couple more times and heard nothing.
I feel that the customer service is not good and they are basically stealing my money - based on other reviews Im now worried that I will never get refunded.

Morrison Dental Group provides outstanding care, especially to VA dental patients. They have someone (Shannon) that specifically takes care of VA patients which is very important to providing timely and quality services. Thank you Morrison!!

I am very disappointed in Morrison Dental. I thought maybe I had found a good dentist. I scheduled appointment and when I arrived and was taken back to the room they asked questions about previous surgeries. After I told them about my surgeries --(the last one was over 2 years ago) they left me in the room and were gone for about 20 minutes. When they came back she told me that after talking with the doctor they wanted me to take a release form to my doctor. Maybe you should ask these questions when you are scheduling appointments so this could have been taken care of before the appointment. Looks to me like it is a way to make extra money.
Had a cleaning this morning. My hygienist- Christiane was so sweet, thorough, and gentle. No pain or discomfort, narrated what she was doing as she was doing it- which was comforting.
This place takes whatever the tricare dental plan thing is for dependents, so I didn’t have to swipe my card at all either which was great.
Another great experience at this dental office. Thank you!
