  They are far worse than Walgreens. I guess I will be transferring all my Rx to Sentara hospital.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. My mom was transferred here from Rite Aide and it’s been horrible, the worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go to get my moms medication they say she doesn’t have insurance ( which she does) we got it straight, or so we thought, go back again, same thing. I asked them to make sure they have all her information in the computer so we don’t have to go through this again…it happened several more times. The medication takes forever to get filled, either they don’t have it or it just takes forever. We always refill in more than enough days before she runs out and they always make her run out. We’re leaving them, my mom is currently waiting on medication that should have been filled last week, they just told us yesterday they needed to talk to her doctor about the script. She’s currently now out of her medication. They are going to be the death of someone. If this is the best they can do, they need to shut it down altogether.

  Saturday, pharmacy drive thru is supposed to be open till 6:00pm, I pulled up the blind was down and sign said closed, so I parked there at the drive thru and called, it is now 5:40pm, the person answering the phone said drive thru is open now but closes at 6:00. I asked again how late is the drive thru open, today, Saturday and again she said till 6:00, so I asked is it open now, reply, yes, I said that’s interesting cause I’m parked right outside the drive thru window now, now reply, click ! Not a good way to earn patients trust if you LIE !

  Impossible to get in touch with this pharmacy over the phone. First time calling they literally picked and hung up immediately. Second time they put me on hold for a while then just made it run to voicemail during business hours. Not a good look and will not be filling future prescriptions with this pharmacy.
