    I had the absolute best experience! I am from out of state, and the screw fell out of my glasses. I walked in and asked for help without hesitation they helped get a new screw into my glasses. Which took effort I had tied and glued them back together. I am so happy and relieved to have my glasses back. I couldn't see her name (on account of my glasses not being on) but I believe she was the manager, and Mr. Al where so kind and professional. Thank you so much to both of them for saving my day.
