They apparently rent the pool out for private events and close it to members. I found this out when I was yelled out of the pool by a staff member. When I asked what he was talking about, he told me there was a sign on the door. The door in question is from the main gym directly into the pool. Nobody uses that door, because nobody shows up dressed to swim laps in February. There is not a sign on the door from the locker room into the pool, which is the door everyone uses. Every other gym I have worked out at keeps 2 lanes open for people to use when there is an event at the pool. It does not seem right to sell memberships based off of amenities and then tell members they aren't allowed to use the amenities.

I started my fitness journey back in August. I had an A1c above 6 and decided to join Fit 360. With the help and guidance of Ty I have managed to drop 30 lbs and bring my A1c down to 5.3 putting my diabetes diagnosis in remission. A special shout out to JC, Colby, Josie, Aiden and Paige who have help keep the energy alive the last couple weeks! If you want to see results and will commit they are the place to be.

I had an amazing experience working with the assistant GM Ethan and the personal trainers on staff, Sam and Paige. OneLife Fitness Hampton has a welcoming, high-quality environment and staff. After trying Orange Theory and Club Pilates, I decided to join One Life Fitness. What this gym offers is an all-inclusive health and wellness experience that can be personalized to your needs! OneLife Hampton truly deserves praise for the exceptional customer service provided by their staff. Thank you Ethan, Sam, and Paige!
I visited this location using a pass, and while my experience began positively, it quickly declined. The majority of the Hydromassage chairs were frequently out of order, and I have never seen the Compression Therapy chairs operational. I also observed unprofessional behavior among staff, including one employee attempting to undercut a coworker regarding my new memberships. Additionally, I had an uncomfortable interaction with an employee named Ashlyn, who gave me a hard time about using a towel as a visitor, because I wasn't a member, and used one already for the day in my first set of classes before leaving them coming back!
Given that the added benefits of membership do not appear to be consistently available, I am left questioning why I would choose to join this location.
