    Coach Ty is amazing. I miss his HIIT 360 classes and recommend everyone try. It’s amazing the sense of community felt throughout no matter what time you attend! I hope to return ☺️

    Sorry management. I went to cancel my membership due to an injury. I was given the member services email that I’ve received no reply on. It’s been 72 hours and I still can’t reach anyone. I should’ve stayed with Planet Fitness.

    Might be a nice place. I wouldn't know. When I asked at the front desk for membership information and a tour, I was told I had to wait for a manager that might be in later or maybe tomorrow. The guy at the front desk just gave me a business card and said no one else could give me the information. At 07:20am on a Wednesday that's not the greatest first impression for their customer service.

    I've been a member since before they opened- everyone has always been very nice and helpful! Nice facility and FINALLY a gym with more than 2-4 racks. Aka, like 8-10+ with smiths. Lots of cable stacks, too. They are always so friendly and seem to always be trying to improve the space. Also flexible with students/those who move back and forth. I haven't tried the classes but there are lots of options for anyone interested in those.

    DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE!! I had to cancel my membership due to severe medical problems and even moved out of state for adequate medical care. The exchange started off well, and they cancelled my account immediately. As for my husband's that we had to wait an extra month before we could cancel, we've been charged for multiple months AND the Dec $150 annual fee when we haven't been in Virginia since October. They will squeeze you for every penny they can get. I'm disgusted and have never been treated like this at a gym. It's a nice facility but completely not worth the BS they'll put you through.
