    Not impressed with the Hampton Kroger pharmacy since my prescriptions were transferred from Rite Aid. The first one called in directly from my doctor was wrong when they first filled it. Today I had to call about a prescription that I should have received a text notification for, only to speak to a rude woman who hung up before I could finish asking the questions I had about the refill that was actually ready, but that I wasn't notified about. Nor was it listed on the app under My Prescriptions (therefore I can't pay for it online, which I prefer to do.) I'd give them 1 star, but at least the person at the drive through was friendly and not rude when I picked up my previous prescription a couple of weeks ago.

    This place is terrible 5 minutes before closing I get my RX. Ciara was not helpful nor was the pharmacist. They need faster people who understand what they are doing. They also need organizational skills. She couldn’t find the medication after telling me to come back at 7:30 and it’s still not ready.....
