- AAAziaOct 28, 20252.0Nice place. Dentist seems very comfortable in his atmosphere making unnecessary jokes on his patients. That’s alright, won’t happen again though. Lady gave me an x-ray and left me there to answer the phone because her daughter’s dentist was calling. I could care less about who called you, you’re at work. The world won’t end if you miss the call. Felt like I was drowning the ENTIRE procedure and then his assistant explained to me after what she does to ensure that feeling doesn’t happen but I let her know whatever you’re doing isn’t working. Scariest dentist experience ever. The feeling of drowning is not fun!

There was the nicest Russian dental assistant Nadia, and the dentist Jeffery who both cleaned my teeth phenomenally! Overall I really enjoyed this place and they had fish tank in my room which was a great ambience. I get a lot of anxiety in dental and hospital rooms but I felt completely comfortable here. Staff was all so nice!

I’m pregnant told them this before I set my first appointment I had to wait MONTHS for an appointment I was calm at first I said okay I understand because I’m pregnant they needed a prior authorization then I get up to the office early on the day of my appointment and they tell me again I need a prior authorization that it wasn’t put in so I’m like okay but at this point I’m pregnant my tooth is killin me I’m already dealing with pregnancy pain on top of this but I still wait another MONTH FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN FOR AN APPOINTMENT I KEEP LEAVING WORK FOR NOTHING I PROMISE YOU THIS OFFICE IS NOT WORTH IT IM EVEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND JUST TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR ITS BEYOND SAD I COULD HAVE BEEN SEEN SOMEONE ELSE BY NOW BUT NOW I GOTTAH DEAL WITH THIS PAIN EVEN LONGER THIS IS NOT OKAY IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD!!
