- CPC ParrisMar 27, 20263.0Dr. Joy is a good and thorough optometrist. I would have given her a 5 star for that. The reason for the 3 star is due to the lateness when you make an early morning appointment. If you make a 10:30 am appointment, you would expect them to be there. Receptionist got there at exactly 10:32 am, Dr Joy did not arrive until 11:20 am. Instead of making it inconvenient for patients and you can't arrive on time to see them, don't book patients at those times if you know you will not be on time to see them. This was the second time it happened, both were 10:30 am appointments.
