  The people working there were very nice; however, I had a 4:30 appointment and didn't get finished until close to 6:30. I was able to go next door and start looking for glasses at LensCrafters while they were running behind. I didn't realize I booked a telehealth visit when I booked online. They did call and make sure I was aware of this. I didn't have time to reschedule to wait for a live doctor. What they did not make me aware of was there was an extra charge for images since it was a remote visit. So instead of my $10.00 co pay I was charged an extra 49.00. The guy ahead of me was there even longer. After the extreme waiting and charges that I was unaware of I don't believe I will get my eye exam done here in the future

  A eye exam should not take 3 hours!! There needs to be improvement in that. As far as the staff they were amazing and was upset that it took so long,

  THIS DR WAS INTIMIDATING RUDE SARCASTIC AND UNCARING! THIS WAS THE WORST AND THE MOST HORRIFIC DR APPT I'VE EVER HAD AND THIS DR SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SEE PATIENTS AGAIN. HE LITERALLY YELLED AT ME WHEN I RAN OUT OF HIS OFFICE TOO, WHAT SO CALLED DR DOES THAT! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!!!! I HAD JUST SAT DOWN AND TOLD DR WHITE MY VISION CONCERN AMD HE IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND MY PCP BECAUSE DR WHITE TOLD ME IT COULD BE A "BRAIN TUMOR "!! I WAS SHOCKED THAT HE TOLD ME SUCH A THING AND VERY UPSET TOO. HOW COULD HE TELL ME SUCH A THING! THIS MAN WAS RUDE, SARCASTIC AND VERY UNCARING AND I WOULD TELL YOU TO STAY AWAY!!

  Staff and doctor are very good. Wait time is too long even with an appointment and air conditioning needs to be adjusted….very cold in there.

  Unbelievably incompetent optometrist and extremely rude staff. Asked for a price to fill a prescription that they had prescribed (I did not feel comfortable with the exam results) and they refused to give me a price unless I gave them personal information. My telephone number is not any of their business when all I want is a quote for a price. I asked 5 times for a price and the entitled little worm of an employee refused unless I provided my telephone number. I have reported Lens Crafters (this is the actual company) to my insurance carrier and will file a complaint with the better business bureau.
