  We are so grateful to be partnered with Home Instead for my Father's care. They matched us with a caregiver, Nancy, who is a great fit for him and us! I always recommend Home Instead to those in need good care for themselves or their loved ones.

  It’s not always easy to “connect” with a caregiver. Thank goodness Arleta walked into Our life and took over the care of my husband (strokes). She is very kind, funny and appreciates our personalities too! I wish all families can have someone like her.

  I could not have hand picked better people to care for our Mom/MIL. Teresa, Tracy, Treva, and Beranie have shown nothing but respect, patience, and compassion in caring for her. She was very concerned about having strangers into her home, but from day one, they have all been a blessing and she really enjoys her days with each of them. THANK YOU Home Instead for the quality caregivers you employ.

  I am so thankful for the staff at Home Instead Richmond. They were able to step in an provide in home help for my mother with dementia very short notice. We have some amazing caregivers that go above and beyond! Lamesha came in the first day with such kindness and patience when working with my mom that she put my mind at ease to know that my mom would be cared for in the best way possible. Montajah has such a sweet and patient way about her. Even when my mom didn't get up right away she was able to roll with the situation and do what was needed to care for my mom and get her a shower. My mom didn't even seem to mind taking a shower! Margaeletha also has been so flexible and kind as she is getting started with my mother. Heaven is also so wonderful. She was so engaged in helping and spending time with my mother. It feels like she takes her role as a caregiver incredibly seriously. She gives me the peace of mind to know that she and the other caregivers care about my mom and are focused on keeping her happy, safe and well cared for and not just put in front of the TV and ignored. Home Instead hires quality staff and works hard to make sure that all shifts are covered. They communicate well to let you know of any changes to the schedule. It is still early in this relationship with Home Instead Richmond but I am so glad to be with them!

  Jessica and Enas my Mother’s caregivers are exceptional. They go beyond what’s expected. My Mother enjoys their company and the care they provide.
