She helped us navigate insurance so that we got the best price, and wrapped up the process ( even doing tune-ups on sunglasses) with us. Nicole ‘s customer service skills are excellent. She thoroughly explains things and is always detail oriented and pleasant to interact with. When it’s time for glasses again we will definitely be coming back to Target Optical in Glen Allen, VA.
