    The following issue has been resolved and I cordially thank Chris, the manager for her phone call and approach 🙂: After 2 years, I made another mistake enrolling here. It's just an scam. I'm a black card holder member and I asked the front desk 4 months ago to freeze my account as I will be out of town. She told me it's now frozen until you come back and unfreez it. But, she had lied to me, she didn't and after 3 months I realized that my account was charged every month for 3 months. Yesterday (12/12/2025) around 7:10pm I went to the front desk and raised my concern about it and wanted to close my account to prevent charging again. The front desk was so rude and unfortunately racist (cuz she was greeting others like, have a good workout, and she didn't say even hi to me 😟, I didn't mind). Anyways, they told me you should come on Monday as our manager is the only one who can close the account. Well, they can open the account to charge you, but they can't close except managers??? - strange. Monday was late for me closing as they had plan to charge me again for next month. I was helpless and didn't have any option except to call my bank to stop the automatic payments. I thought, after 2 years there should be some improvements, but I was wrong... Jamshid

    I came in here 4 years ago and told the guy at the front desk that I had previously been a PF member and I knew what the price points were, then asked him if I could get a brief tour just to see the layout, number of machines of different types, etc. He proceeded to give said tour as if I had never stepped foot in a gym before, then had me sit down to discuss plans, which I had clearly stated I was already familiar with. I left and got a membership at Crunch. Cut to this year, when I moved to within a mile of PF and decided to give it another shot. I walked in, stated that I had previously had a tour in which the front desk assistant had robotically showed me around before making a sales pitch, and I was mainly interested in seeing the cardio equipment. The front desk assistant (or manager, I'm not sure) proceeded to give me basically the same spiel I heard 4 years ago before sitting me down to discuss plans and asking for my information. Y'all. Seriously? I get that you have corporate overlords breathing down your neck. I get that you want to upsell people and get them on the mailing list for the sake of your store numbers, but come on. Would it kill you to deviate from the script just once? Everything about employee demeanor here screams "Every interaction you have with us is dictated by a suit in some C-suite a thousand miles away." Act like humans please.

    Great staff! I usually visit in the morning so its relatively less crowded. The staff is amazing and always there to help you. It might happen that the cleanliness in restrooms would not be apt. but considering how busy it gets, I won't complain a lot. 5 Stars!!!!!!

    The front desk staff is the BEST here Kris and Selah are absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail, customers and the machines are unmatched. The floor is clean with a great selection of machines/free weights, locker rooms in impeccable condition, great tanning/massages, and an atmosphere that draws you in. Easily my favorite club that always keeps me coming back!

    I've been a regular for almost 2 years and I've never really been disappointed. The machines and locker room are kept clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly (shoutouts to Sam, Ty, and Kris ✌️). The recent addition of the squat racks and free weights is really great to see too. For the price you really can't beat it! Most goers keep to themselves, which I get it for many that's just another plus, but sometimes I can't help but miss that camaraderie and culture of my old gym where you'd hear "hey bro want a spot?" and "2 more reps, come on!" all the time.
