When I arrived for my appointment, I was seen right on time. Dr. Bradley examined me, explained the procedure, and continued to explain what he was doing throughout the procedure. There was nothing unexpected because of his ongoing explanation. The procedure was quick, painless, and I am completely satisfied. Furthermore, Dr. Bradley is polite, professional, and a good listener. I highly recommend both him and the practice.
