  Attended free class with trainer Clare Nicoloff and it was terrible.If they hire the staff with such attitude I don’t think they have any positive mindset to go good business.

  Jessica Bohon was very welcoming! I expressed that I haven’t done a CP class in a while and she was understanding. When my form was incorrect, she let me know and I really appreciate the feedback as I get back into the groove of working out. In general, she was a great instructor when it came to explaining the movement and her rhythm was steady and not rushed. I was honestly hesitant to visit this location due to hearing multiple experiences from other poc, but I personally didn’t feel any discomfort in any ways and staff was very friendly. No one was treated differently and assistance was given equally from what I witnessed. The front desk person was very helpful and kind and the class had a diverse group of people from different ages to backgrounds. It was an enjoyable workout and environment. I’ll definitely be back for some more classes!

  I have really enjoyed pilates this year. It is definitely something new for me and the instructors are incredible. I love attending Jenna B. classes. She challenges me, is super attentive, and helpful. Tia has the voice of an angel, it makes for a relaxing yet productive workout. I'm looking forward to many more classes here
