  The customer service is awful. I just asked if they repair glasses, and I received a rude and condescending response saying they only repair their own products. I could have purchased an item or paid for the repair. I definitely will not be a future client.

  The two individuals who helped me today were very patient, and very fluent with me about my options. There is a great selection of glasses to choose from and the styles are very suitable for all ages. I would return as I greatly appreciated the help I received today!
