The front desk staff does not listen to what you’re asking for.. I was given the wrong prescription trial lens by accident . When I tried to explain to the front desk that it was the wrong lens the only response was we only have one. Never asked what the correct prescription was or even consulted the doctor. I ended up leaving with just one lens.
