The staff is very friendly and accommodating and Cole is extremely patient and goes the extra mile to make sure Mom is comfortable and well taken care of. I would recommend him to anyone needing hearing assistance.

Several people had suggested that I could have found cheaper devices or I could have stayed in my insurance network (but receive inferior ones), but I followed through with Miracle Ear. The aids are first rate, comfortable and compatible with my iPhone. I highly recommend them for the included total and lifetime care.
- DGDeane GallagherJun 27, 20241.0This establishment went down hill fast after Brian left…we never had a problem until the new guy (Cole) and the receptionist showed up…the work ethic between the two of them is horrible…make an appointment and show up to find that he just couldn’t be bothered to show up to work that day and she lied about calling to let us know…I mean come on, you supposedly called a cell phone twice…those calls register and when you tried to show me on your phone log that you tried calling…it magically disappeared…just own up and say you forgot to call…no need to lie…next visit we waited 20 minutes and got up and left…almost gave up on Miracle Ear until we made an appointment for the Fairfax office…what a big difference…she was pleasant and exuded confidence…which we did not feel with Cole…kept looking in the parking lot to see where he might have parked his big wheel…just saying…so if you too are looking for something better than the Gainesville office, try Fairfax!!!!…Lara is great!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for the next day in Gainesville. Brian thoroughly checked her hearing aids, made adjustments and gave my mother written instructions that were different from what her local people had been telling her. He took so much time with us and my mom was very pleased that she had gone to that appointment that she gave him a hug when we were leaving. Later that day she said she was hearing so much better now than before. Thank you Brian!
