He went through several options taking activity level and other factors into his calculations. I can say I'm thoroughly impressed with his recommendations. I'm very close to my goal weight, lowed my body/fat % quicker then I expected and using his vitamin recommendations i fell great ever day when I wake up. Dude knows his stuff, today we talked and changed some stuff up and I can't wait to see how next month plays out. He even talked me out of a more expensive product that I heard was "super good" set me up with something more on level with wat I needed and would benefit me person better. 100% loyal customer. Thanks for everything.
