  Our family has been using this location for over 5 years. The staff has always been fast, efficient and professional, yet friendly and personable. We have never been to a lab before where I can walk in, be taken in immediately, and be back in my car in less than 10 minutes, yet at least 3 times this has happened.

  The cleanest and best run Quest labs I’ve been to for testing. The person greeting patients was friendly and helpful with checking in, the rooms were clean and staff were friendly and efficient.

  TERRIBLE service providers. Rude and disrespectful. Intentionally rough taking blood from my children because they were upset that I was ONE minute late with the orders. I was told I was “Cutting it close” (at 3:11 - appointment was at 3:10) and that they “are ready to get out of here” 😡

  If I could give zero starts I would. I took my father here recently and had a very disappointing experience during his recent lab appointment. We had no concerns with the front desk staff or wait time — those aspects of the visit were handled well. Unfortunately, the lab technician who performed the blood draw (Katie) was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic empathy. My father is 88 years old and has multiple health conditions, including diabetes and dementia. He was fasting for his lab work and was feeling unwell and hungry. When the technician asked for identifying information such as his date of birth and address, I answered on his behalf, as he often struggles to respond accurately due to his dementia. Instead of understanding the situation, the technician repeatedly snapped at me for answering. I attempted to explain that my father has cognitive difficulties, but this was met with continued impatience and rudeness. She then stated that the doctor had written the incorrect number of lab orders and that my father would be charged unless it was corrected. I asked her to proceed with the blood draw so I could get my father something to eat, and explained that I would return promptly with the corrected order. Rather than showing any flexibility or compassion, she continued to argue about the paperwork, causing unnecessary delays while my father was clearly not feeling well. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy shown during what should have been a routine medical visit. No elderly patient — especially one with serious health concerns — should be treated this way. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location and sincerely hope management addresses the conduct and training of staff to ensure patients are treated with respect and compassion.
