  Bad for business CSR was rude and unprofessional this place has on the paper work they don't discriminate but they DO! The people i referred there i will let know stay away from this place.

  Referred by another dentist that doesn’t preform oral surgery for my 84 year old mom’s broken tooth. First appointment we were late due to insufficient directions & I proposed to reschedule. Second appointment I had her there 30 minutes early. Took her back 10 minutes late and summoned me later to go back with her. X-Ray tech immediately went into “hostile” questioning about WHY doesn’t your mom remember she has staples in her neck. Repeatedly asking “WHY doesn’t she remember”!? I said “ hello, how are you today”? She replied fine, WHY doesn’t she remember!? “You didn’t give me a chance to say hello”… when I walked through the door would’ve been the time. Another dental practice was called while I was waiting for her, and they took her right away, same day. Don’t be so jaded in your job you forget common courtesy.

  The staff is very rude and unprofessional, when I woke up, I woke up to them hitting me in my chest parts of my body telling me to wake up. At one point one of the male doctors came and pinched and forced my eye open yelling at me to wake up and be an adult. I responded with ow and started crying. I also started panicking because who wakes someone up from surgery with yelling and physical violence. I didn’t know what was going on I was confused and very tired and they were just overall MEAN. I definitely do not recommend. A lot of people have complained about the front desk lady she is also very rude the first time we came for a consult. Thanks for making my first ever surgery a traumatizing and horrible experience

  Terrible service on the phone trying to make an appointment. Was incredibly rude and hung up the phone when trying to recieve clarification. Very unprofessional.

  My first visit was truly amazing and extremely pleasant. The staff was cheerful, consoling, knowledgeable, supportive and very professional.
