Over the years, I’ve tried just about everything—chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage, cortisone shots, spinal injections, and more. My doctor eventually told me that surgery was the only option left. I was very hesitant, so I tried chiropractic and massage therapy again. While it helped somewhat with muscle tightness, even one quick movement would cause everything to seize right back up. I had resigned myself to having surgery this summer, but I still needed relief—without adding medication—until I was ready. After Googling pain management, I came across Dr. Truong and decided to give it a try. I am so thankful I did. She is truly a godsend! Through trigger point injections and acupuncture, I have experienced tremendous relief. I feel like I am getting my life back. I can walk without pain, stand for long periods without pressure or pain shooting down my legs, and I’m finally sleeping better. I was even able to stop taking muscle relaxers and no longer need to spend money on expensive creams and temporary fixes—this treatment actually works.
