- MWMark WeberNov 1, 20212.0They sent us 3 different caregivers for my 94 year old mother over a 3 day period that we were in town. We requested fully vaccinated caregivers. The 2nd was not vaccinated and we refused her service. They charged us for her anyhow. They gave us no advanced warning that we would not have a vaccinated caregiver. They debited my bank account and refused to refund the money, so we paid for someone who provided no service to us.
