I waited 40 minutes stood in line for five minutes and it wasn’t ready. They said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I came home and then they notified me it was ready. It’s 17 1/2 miles from my house 35 miles round-trip. I went back the next day and got it. I tried to make an appointment to have a vaccine given and their curt reply was do it online. I hate the store.

I went inside to update my insurance where the employee at the counter looked at my insurance card and said what is this Medicaid? I stated no that it was Aetna it’s an insurance through my job. She stated she would not update my information since there was already an insurance card on file from my previous insurance company and that I would need to submit my receipt myself when I got my bill. Completely judgmental and uncalled for. Even if it as Medicaid no one deserves to be treated that way. Btw I’m a registered nurse with two bachelor degrees and a great job thanks for stereotyping me since I look young with kids.
