  I called to follow up on a medication as instructed by the manager 3 days prior. Upon calling. The Associate AMY was so rude that her co-worker grabbed the phone to sincerely apologize stating absolutely no one should be spoken to like that. She yelled, cut me off when I asked questions and even slammed the phone down while I was in mid-sentence. I’ve never experienced such disrespect in the customer service industry and I hope management can show her the proper way to speak to others especially the ones who are sick. AMYS behavior makes that entire establishment look bad as I’ve witnessed the same attitude towards others while picking up my medication. She needs evaluation immediately.
