We had such a great experience here! My mother had a dental emergency, and the office was incredibly kind and accommodating—they were able to get us in immediately, which meant so much to us.
They took the time to discuss third-party financing options and even completed treatment the same day, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was very kind, thorough, and took the time to show us pictures and clearly explain everything in detail, which we really appreciated.
The office itself is beautiful—newly renovated, modern, and equipped with advanced technology, including a CT scan right on site.
This truly feels like a hidden gem. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a compassionate team!

At 42 years old, my dental health was in a state of decline. After a front tooth cracked nearly to the gum line, I knew I had to act. I began looking for a provider and found Elevated Dental Care through a Google search. I was very happy with the patient reviews I read, and after following up with a look at their website, I found even more reasons to contact them for an appointment. Based on the condition of my teeth, which were cracked, stained, and spreading infection, and the fact that I had already lost eight back teeth years prior, Dr. Sinan Aithraa and I decided on snap-in dentures.
The real journey began July 2025 with extraction day. Carrie sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy for me to pick up before extraction day so I had everything ready for my return home. During my first appointment, I had all remaining teeth removed, bone grafts completed, and seven implants placed. I will be honest: the process is more emotional than it is painful. Seeing yourself with teeth is a shock to the system, but please trust the process. There is discomfort afterward, of course, but during the treatment, the staff did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable. I took a week off work to recover but was moving around the next day without any real pain.
They sent me home with temporary dentures to wear during the healing process, which was amazing because my job requires me to support senior leadership in meetings. With the temporaries, I was able to eat just about anything I wanted and the only thing I struggled to eat was biting into a large Subway sandwich or a layered burger. I was finally able to chew properly without the constant worry of choking. It takes time to learn to talk with them, maybe a good week.
I came back a few times for imaging and scans for my permanent snap-in dentures, and then came in to try out the design the lab custom-made for me. I talked with Dr. Sinan Aithraa about a few concerns, and we sent it back to the lab for adjustments.
Today, February 27, 2026, is day three of having my permanent dentures. This part is a bit of a shock to the system; seeing yourself with what appears to be natural, real teeth is a shock to your brain. However, I am able to talk fine without any problems, and I haven’t had any issues with eating yet. The bite feels secure and there is no shifting.
This was a journey that this office and myself took together. They were next to me every step of the way, from the tears after my extraction date to the bright smile at my permanent snap-in delivery. At the final appointment, Dr. Sinan Aithraa was smiling and just as proud of the final outcome as I was. He thanked me for being such a great patient, and I thanked him for being on this journey with me. We went through a lot together. If you are struggling with your dental health, don't wait. The team at Elevated Dental Care of Fredericksburg truly cares.
