- LZLiya ZengFeb 25, 20261.0This two girls at the pharmacy are crazy and insane it’s only a dental toothpaste I don’t know what’s the deal of getting it. It already has a doctor signature it isn’t that hard to get a toothpaste, right I was super mad at the experience at this pharmacy. The staff acted extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I was told my prescription would be ready in 5–10 minutes, but I waited almost an hour. Wasting all my time. After all that time, I was told it still wasn’t ready. I had just gotten dental work done and was in pain, so this delay was very frustrating The lack of communication and the way the situation was handled felt careless and chaotic. If this is how customers are treated, the staff may need to go back to school and do better then come back or have better training or should reconsider whether this is the right role for them.
