They take the time to explain everything in plain language, no confusing jargon, no feeling rushed, just clear, honest communication that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. What I appreciated most was how flexible and accommodating they are. They worked within my schedule and my budget without making me feel like either was an inconvenience. In a field where costs and timelines can feel overwhelming, that kind of transparency and flexibility is rare. Arlington already has a few established orthodontist favorites, but Potomac River Orthodontics is quietly rewriting the standard.   I had a really great experience at this orthodontic office. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, organized, and professional. What stood out the most to me, though, was how welcoming the front desk was. The woman at the front made me feel comfortable right away Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality orthodontic care with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

  Dr. Owais and his team are always super kind and friendly, and they consistently treat their patients with kindness and respect! When observing their interactions with patients, they are caring, compassionate, and they ensure that everyone feels comfortable here. Definitely would recommend!

  Amazing experience at Potomac River Orthodontics! Dr. Owais is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and wonderful with children — he makes them feel comfortable, confident, and even excited about their visits. 😊 Julet is equally fantastic — always kind, attentive, and so welcoming. The whole team creates a positive, caring environment that truly makes a difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert orthodontic care for their kid. Also, he assisted with a tooth emergency today! He also calmed my nerves and walked me through the whole process. Thank you!

  Stop. You found your orthodontist! I literally travel to see Dr. O and the PRO team because they are that good. And when my kids are ready for orthodontic care, they will be coming here too. Longg review because I have lots of thoughts but here's the TLDR: My teeth-straightening experience has been quick, effective, and affordable. My treatment has been smooth and easy. The same has been true for my family members who go to another location within the practice. ____ I’ve been to more orthodontists than I can count since childhood. For years, I avoided finally straightening my teeth because I was tired of price gouging, sleazy sales tactics, and recommendations that seemed excessive. I did my homework. I learned a lot about braces and Invisalign. So when I was referred to Dr. O, I went in cautiously optimistic. Cheesy - but what I found was different. They take their time and walk you through every option. They answered allll my questions and are just so KIND. They build a thoughtful, detailed/thorough treatment plan focused on what will be a good balance of what you need and want (for me it was braces on the bottom, Invisalign on the top) - and they genuinely work with you to make sure it fits your budget. There’s no pressure, upselling - just integrity. And then there’s the bedside manner. For something people rarely look forward to, I genuinely look forward to my appointments. It's a joy! The warmth is real and the care is top notch. It's a highlight of my day (I know 😂). You can tell this is a team that values people. They take time to get to know you and share too (I feel like this is rare in business interactions these days) It seems like they have a really good internal culture that oozes into their everyday external care. That's hard to create for a team. Today at my appointment, one of the team members literally said "make yourself at home." There’s a long family legacy in oral care behind Dr. O, and you feel that high standard in everything they do. Cherry on top? The office itself is stunning and luxe. Beautifully designed, clean, calming, and equipped with the best technology. It feels modern, efficient, and thoughtful - exactly how great healthcare should feel. Dr. O and the PRO team honestly give me hope for what medical care can be.
