Showers are stinky, steam room barely works, paid for the premium membership for months and got nothing, no towel service nothing, didn't complain. Now they hit me with a surprise fee because my primary card declined, so they nobly switched to the backup one and charged me extra for the privilege of basic accounting. Wonderful.

This location is great. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I have been more motivated than ever and enjoy coming each time. What really sets this gym apart is the amazing staff. Nicole Gray was super friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond and will certainly brighten your day. Great environment and highly recommended.

Have had a great experience visiting this gym. Nicole Gray not only made me feel comfortable but also knew how to answer all my questions upon arrival. She was patient, encouraging, and took the time to explain things to me. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism as it had made a huge difference in my experience.
Love coming to this gym.. have taken a few classes and all the instructors have been very friendly, professional and kind. NICOLE GRAY however has a stank attitude very rude to members. She is very very unprofessional! needs to learn customer service from her colleagues as she obviously doesn’t have any. We don’t pay to deal with you stank attitude.

The staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Lots of opportunities for private training and classes.
That said, this is a very frustrating gym for anyone who is looking to lift. Why doesn't management do anything about people leaving their plates on the machines? I've never used a plate loaded machine that isn't loaded with whatever someone else has left there. I've been lifting for 30 years and the number #1 rule has always been to tear down the machines you use.
Perhaps management could have someone out on the floor keeping an eye on things. And perhaps moving along the kids who just sit on the machines staring at their phones.
I understand these issues aren't caused by management, but I think it would be good if management helped to instill a sense of basic courtesy.
