I’m truly enjoying the Aqua classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays! Energizing and inspiring to keep my mind active through music and movement. Kevin, Erica and the staff are friendly and welcoming. This onelife is my life!
Onelife Fitness is a great gym with plenty of equipment and a clean, welcoming environment. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there’s a good variety of machines, weights, and classes. I enjoy working out here and feel motivated every time I go.

I have been attending this gym at least a year. It was previously a 24 Hour Fitness then transitioned to OneLife. The remodel has been fantastic. Getting rid of the basketball gym and putting in power racks and extra free weights.
Prior to the remodel it was adequate at best. Post remodel it is a really good facility.
Been here for over 5 years and it’s changed alot. New machines, abundance of free weights, towel service, classes, pool, sauna, and now a recovery room, this place exceeds my expectations for the price. They also have the friendliest staff. I renewed my membership and upgraded to premium because I like enjoy it here even though its a little further of a commute than my neighborhood gyms.

I got my membership from the Ballston location a few days ago. This is decent enough gym, though it does have its issues like some older machines, and honestly the layout doesn’t make the most sense. That said I want to focus on the Falls Church “renovated” location. Absolutely terrible. They had 0 towels (it’s my 3rd day with a membership, that is a terrible look), many of the machines have clearly not been replaced and there is only one machine for abs?! What?! Who does that? There are also several teens just milling around being loud and obnoxious. Very meat head style, outdated, overpriced gym. I’m canceling tomorrow. Your gym is shameful, and dirty.
Response to “owner”: Why do corporations post “we’re sorry, we’re committed to xyz, when SEVERAL PEOPLE post almost the exact same comments month after month, and nothing changes. Spend a little money, vet your employees and your practices. Don’t just own a space, an relax until it hits the fan bc you didn’t uphold your end of the bargain. Stop the greed, put a little money and love into your gym. Sorry won’t make any of us return, doing something might
