  My doc ordered 3 meds and received a text from the pharmacy it’s ready to pick up. When I went there, they gave me 2 meds instead of 3 and when I told the cashier they were three, he had to inform the people behind the counter and then came back and proceeded the two telling me the third one will be ready in 15 minutes and to wait for it. Should have been filled with the other two in the first place but because of their negligence, had to wait extra 20 minutes to get it. After 20 minutes I almost gave up and asked one of them if I could come pick it up tomorrow then they immediately brought it up front and processed it and asked me to pay $18 I asked why since my insurance pays all meds then he simply told me without looking at me not covered. They should have apologized for not making it ready together with the other two and also for not telling me until the process is over and signed that it is not covered. So disappointed. Most are rude, not customer oriented and so disrespectful. The way they talk to you on the phone is also disrespectful. Hopefully it will get better if anyone is reading the reviews and taking all the necessary measures. I am sorry but have to move to a different pharmacy where u get the respect and service you deserve.

  Slow service. They took almost an hour to fill my prescriptions and missed filling one for antibiotics. And there were three pharmacists or pharmacy technicians.

  I sincerely wish there were zero stars to give this pharmacy. Every single prescription I have tried to have filled here has turned into a problem. Their staff will flat out lie to your face about when your prescription will be ready and then will argue and get very hostile when confronted. They never have even the most common drugs in stock. They always "have to order from the warehouse". The point of sale lady is nice and tries to be helpful but the folks in the pharmacy....well........
