  I received a few pre-surgery sessions to prepare for surgery. The therapists working with me were most attentive to all the patients in the clinic and very professional. I paid my co-pay on the spot and did not have the problems experienced by the above reviewers. I plan to return there for post-surgery treatment. I highly recommend the therapists and the office staff.

  They checked my insurance and told me I was in-network, but that was false. When I found out they tried to tell me I was mistaken. I'm now on the hook for paying for my visits with the orthapedist out of pocket. Luckily, the physical therapist that I was seeing there is covered under my insurance, but they filed my PT under the facility and not the therapist. I've called over a dozen times and had my insurance company call to explain the situation and the proper way to file the insurance claims and they will not call me back or refile. I have a huge medical bill due to their incompetence on their administrative end. The medical staff is fine, just double and triple check with your insurance company that you'll be covered before ever contacting them.

  Zero star, I took my elderly mother for a visit with Dr. Davis. We had to wait almost one hour in the waiting area, and after I told the receptionist that my appointment was an hour ago they rudly responded that they are behind. Finally the took us back but had to wait in the room for another 15 minutes till we decided to just leave. They were totally neglecting us!
