    I booked my appointment online through zocdoc and I had a very good experience from the get go. First, I booked my appointment one night before and, I was very happy to find a doctor available for Friday after 5pm. I was struggling to find a doctor in hours that fit my work schedule and in with a last minute notice. So that was a relief. Then, I booked my schedule based on the rating and it didn’t disappoint . I get there It was my first time with DR. Tiffany Gillion and she did amazing. I get there and she was patient she listened to all my concerns and found the best approach to my concerns and she took her time to guide me and explain in to me. Overall she was very kind and knowledgeable. I left feeling heard and taking care of

    The worst experience of my life at medical office. I arrived at the office right on time for my appointment, however, The man at the reception (sunday around 1pm) was extremely incompetent and slow. Took forever to check me in even though I pre-registered and kept saying my insurance was unverified. This makes zero sense, I preregistered and had a telehealth visit a a provider the previous day using the same insurance with no issues and was also seen at allcare in person a few days ago with no issues. I was kept waiting while he slowly and mindlessly clicked on the computer. I got fed up and I suggested that i could just enter my pre-registration info again which would likely solve the issue on their systems end. While doing that I was suddenly told they need to cancel my appointment as the provider could no longer see me. I drove 45 minutes on a Sunday to see an in person provider while having the flu. Was made to wait 30 Minutes due to system errors with their verification system (not an issue on my end) and then told the provider could no longer see me as it was too late. I got upset due to illness and as it was absolutely infuriating and terrible situation. Allcare is nightmarish terrible and this location is literally doing shady things impacting people’s access to care. I was forced to go to an urgent care with 2 hour wait (but had no issues with insurance related verifications or delays) as a walk in and consider emergency department care as my symptoms deteriorated. I went through hell because of them while extremely ill. The doctor refused care due to administrative errors by allcare staff and useless systems. It is wrong and likely illegal. I left but came back to see the office manager but was literally locked out of the office to find the awful male receptionist and female medical assistant smirking at me from inside. To make things worse they misplaced my insurance card and when i tried calling them to mail it back, the call center gave me the run around never connecting me to the actual practice site (they provide call center numbers rather than numbers for the office snd its impossible to get transferred to the actual office). People need to make complaints to regulatory bodies as their practices are skirting or defying access to care laws.
