  We made an appointment earlier that day. We were seen right away when we arrived then we got the results the next day. Can’t ask for anything more.

  I went for blood work. Usually my blood vain is found after multiple attempts. But here the technician, Sta Shaeen Baiiley did it at first attempt without any pain. Also, she was very polite and helpful.

  I have used Quest for Years and it is one of my best experiences involving medical care. I was directed once by a Medical Provider to go to another but very similar service provider like Quest and I will never go back because the experience was so inferior to the professional, friendly, efficient, and effective services that Quest offers. Quest offers a superior rate structure over its direct competitors, and its technology and outward facing platform is user friendly. Best regards.

  Dropped off my samples on 2/16 and waited over two weeks only to find out they never processed my labwork and no longer had my samples. Had to redo the test, wasting more of my time.

  Bunch of incompetents. They messed up on my samples and never processed it in their system. A test that was suppose to take at the most 5 days never happened. I waited over two weeks only to find out they screwed up my order and now I have to do it again, wasting my time.
